Tracking Worker Certifications

The safejobsite.us questionnaire embedded within the orientations

now tracks worker certifications. 

Follow these instructions to document workers' certifications:

Once a worker submits the questionnaire, the total number of certifications they possess will be displayed in the report column labeled "Certifications". Click this number to view a dropdown list of the specific certifications reported.

To document that these certifications have been verified, please follow these steps:

1. Hover over the worker’s full name and click the pop-up tab to access their profile page.

2. Scroll to the "Notes" section at the bottom of the user directory page.

3. Record any necessary reference information or verification details.

4. Click the blue checkmark in the top right corner to save.

Job site teams can reference worker certification information at any time

by following these same steps.
