How to Find a Worker in the Report


This video will show you how to create filters that will help you find a worker in the report.

Adding Filters to Find a Worker in the Report


  1. Select the "Content" tab on the left of your dashboard.
  2. Select "Worker Enrollments".
  3. To add a filter for the orientation name, click "Add Filter" in the search window.
  4. Click the carrot beside "Worker" and choose "Last Name".
  5. Make the filter "Insensitive".
  6. Type a few letters of the workers last name.
  7. As the report narrows, choose the worker you are looking for.
  8. When a workers arrives on site with a copy of their certificate, simply create a filter for the workers certificate number. Type the custom certificate number into the filter.
